Responsibilities
* Coordinating federated models across multidisciplinary teams
* Managing clash detection and issue resolution
* Supporting the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and compliance
* Ensuring model integrity and alignment with ISO 19650 requirements
* Maintaining effective collaboration within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
This is a technically focused role where your attention to detail and coordination skills will be critical to project success.
About You
* Ideally a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
* Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revizto
* Hands-on experience with model federation, issue tracking, and clash detection
* A solid understanding of ISO 19650 workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
* Desirable extras: BIM certifications, familiarity with 4D/5D BIM for sequencing and cost estimation, and experience with data visualization tools
