Our Marketing Department is excited to announce that we are looking for an additional team member to join as a Marketing Assistant (Creative & Schools).

The Role
* The role will be to assist the Marketing Department in achieving growth and recruitment targets. The post holder will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day duties and the development of content and communications through social media and other platforms.
Main Duties for this role include
* Deliver effective and inspiring presentations to school pupils during assemblies, to parents, and other influencers as required.
* Support the development and delivery of events across various marketing activities, such as high school, university, apprenticeship, and employer-responsive events.
* Develop quarterly content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals, adaptable across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Content will include videos, photography, and graphics.
* Assist with organizing and executing college events, including student marketing and learner experiences (interviews and parents’ evenings) and recruitment events (open days, school taster days, college visits). This involves liaising with relevant teams and ensuring timely communications.
* Work closely with the Enrichment Team to develop and maintain internal student communications, including promoting key dates such as Black History Month, volunteering fairs, UCAS information, awards, GCSE revision, and exams.
