What does a HVAC engineer do?
As a heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineer, you will ensure temperature and ventilation systems are working efficiently and safely.
Duties include:
* Surveying sites before installing heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems
* Planning placement of pipework, ducts and control panels
* Installing HVAC components
* Performing quality checks to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
* Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
* Diagnosing and fixing faults
* Helping customers reduce their energy use
