The Lead Business Analyst at AllPoints Fibre Networks will work mostly within a core domain of the business to develop a deep understanding of its strategic goals and how it operates. You will work both independently across projects and as member of a project team to lead and shape new programmes and projects within your domain, and elicit and document business requirements and processes within projects to support the delivery of change. You will also lead and support other Business Analysts working on projects within your domain. What You Will Be Doing High Level Scoping: Work with stakeholders to help shape their roadmap and the projects that are required to deliver against their strategic goals Work with sponsors to effectively shape and document the scope of a project during its initiation Requirements Gathering Contribute to establishing best practice approach to Business Analysis Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements Translate into requirements (or user stories and acceptance criteria) to facilitate effective change Work with the business to prioritise requirements (e.g. MoSCoW, or stack ranked backlog) Support and clarify requirements as required Process Modelling Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand as-is and to-be processes Document processes Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Process Analysts to ensure clear interaction between processes Support and clarify processes as required Supporting Go Live (as Required) Produce Knowledge Articles, Training Material, and Work instructions Support testing Line Management Guide and support, and in some cases line-manage Business Analysts working on projects within your domain to ensure effective delivery. About You You will have worked on at least 4 large projects as the Lead Business Analyst, working as a Business Analyst in Waterfall and Agile environments. You will have detailed understanding of requirements gathering and process modelling approaches and a demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. It would be good, but not essential if you have ISEB Business Analysis Modules and/or Diploma Agile certification (E.g. Product Owner) Degree in Business Systems or IT Worked as a Business Analyst in a Telco environment Experience of modelling processes Line managed Business Analysts Demonstrable experience collaborating with stakeholders to shape a product roadmap.
