Summary: Assume responsibility for driving sales while building on existing customer relationships and gaining new business in the Flooring Category.
Minimum Job Specifications:
* Must have at least 5 years? experience with major retail account selling.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of communicating in professional and courteous manner with peers, customers, suppliers and management.
* You are a creative thinker and a self-starter.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage leads, accounts, and reseller channels through consistent and proactive communication.
* Manage and facilitate execution of business plans, programs and strategies with multiple cross functional teams for daily business needs.
* Assist and prepare sales presentations with POS analysis for sales meetings/business reviews.
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with various levels of external customers and internal teams.
* Monitor industry for growth opportunities.
* Provide weekly reports as required.
* Develop and monitor sales forecasts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
