Salary: £50,000 +

Location: Falkirk – 40 hours
Are you a CAD Manager looking for a fresh challenge, a chance to lead a team working on multiple big engineering projects?
Engenda Group are looking for a CAD Manager to head up a small, dedicated team delivering design support across petrochemical, wastewater, power, and energy projects.
No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This isn't just a desk based role, you'll also get out on site to see projects first hand, working directly with management teams, giving you visibility and support at every stage.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and developing the CAD team to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Overseeing the effective use of CAD tools and processes (Laser Scan, Point Cloud, Revit, BIM).
* Maintaining and enforcing design standards and best practices.
* Acting as a link between CAD, design, engineering, and project management.
* Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, project timelines, and internal quality standards.
