Job Title: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Torquay (TQ1 1ES)
Hours: 45 hours per week – alternate Saturdays (we will consider candidates looking for part-time hours)
Salary: £61,000– negotiable depending on experience

The Role
Our Pharmacy Managers go beyond just great management skills. We seek individuals who can bring genuine commerciality and leadership to their pharmacy, inspiring their team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service. As a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for your team, stock, operational standards, and GPhC (PSNI) compliance. You will receive direct line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
Our Pharmacy Managers are highly valued; they could be our Regional Healthcare Managers of tomorrow.
About You
* Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist.
* Preferably with experience in community pharmacy.
* Strong leadership qualities.
* Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximize profit through achieving targets.
