The Role As Senior Finance Manager - Group Reporting, you will:Lead the full Group statutory reporting cycle, ensuring high‑quality outputs in line with IFRS and listed‑company requirements.Manage and develop a team of senior Finance Managers embedded across each division, driving consistency and excellence.Oversee group consolidation, month‑end close, and technical accounting matters.Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, including direct engagement with the CFO, CEO, and Audit Committee.Bring rigour, challenge, and insight to divisional reporting and performance analysis.Lead improvements across controls, systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.Support strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, new reporting standards, and transformation projects.About You We're looking for a top‑tier, highly technical finance leader who thrives in a complex, high‑expectation environment.
