Your primary goal is to drive traffic, bring in new customers, and boost sales, while staying within an agreed budget.THE BENEFITSBrand new modern office environmentOptional flexible workingTake your birthday off to celebrate YOU!Exclusive staff discount to treat yourselfTHE PAID MEDIA MANAGER ROLECampaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs within budget, continuously test, monitor, and adjust spend, targeting, and creatives for maximum impact and implement strategies to balance cost-effectiveness with sales growth.Performance Analysis & Reporting -Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, monitor and manage cost of sale to ensure profitability across different regions and provide detailed reports on budget utilisation and make necessary adjustments.Strategic Collaboration - Work closely with ecommerce, buying, commercial, finance, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, partner with creative and design teams to ensure best practices in paid media campaigns, develop and refine traffic-driving tactics across paid social, search, display, ATL, and emerging channels. Team Leadership & Development - Support and guide Paid Media Executives to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution and review and refine paid media strategies on an ongoing basis.Market & Industry Insights - Provide insights on daily trade activities, competitor movements, and market trends and stay up to date with industry changes and emerging opportunities.PAID MEDIA MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLSDemonstrated success in managing and optimising high-performing campaigns.Previous experience leading a team is a plus.Skilled in interpreting large data sets to uncover insights and drive decision-making.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to track, report, and act on key marketing KPIs.Deep understanding of various digital channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics to maximise campaign effectiveness.Agency or ecommerce experienceTO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply through this advert or emailing me directly via alexandra.williams@searchability.com.
