About the role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils and helping them reach their full potential. Your responsibilities may include:
1. Supporting teachers in the classroom
2. Working with small groups of pupils
3. Providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs
4. Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The best Teaching Assistants are patient, supportive, and have strong communication skills. Most importantly, they are passionate about helping children learn and grow.
