What You'll Be Doing As a Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups across a variety of subjects as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
* Assisting class teachers in managing behaviour and delivering engaging lessons as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
* Working closely with pupils with SEN such as autism, ADHD or speech and language needs.
* Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
We're Looking For a Graduate Teaching Assistant Who
* Has a relevant degree (Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or similar).
* Is passionate about making a difference in children's education.
* Can commit to full-time work during term time.
* Is eager to gain experience before teacher training or a long-term career in education.
