Job overview
The successful candidate must hold a SCPHN qualification (HV/SN)
You will support the ASM to ensure service provision is a co-ordinated and integrated team approach that ensures partnership working with key stakeholders aligned to the service provision.
3. Provide senior operational and clinical leadership and management within the 0- Universal Service across Derby City.
4. Support the Area Service Manager in delivering high-quality public health services for children, young people, and families.
5. Ensure effective coordination of teams, service delivery, and compliance with organisational standards.
6. Drive innovation and utilise technology to improve accessibility and outcomes ensuring a commitment to quality improvement.
7. Work strategically within the partnership.
8. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
9. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
