Responsibilities
* Working 1:1 and in small groups with Year 3 pupils to bring learning to life.
* Supporting children with challenging behaviour using positivity, patience, and creativity.
* Building strong, trusting relationships that make every pupil feel seen and valued.
* Collaborating with a passionate teaching team that celebrates every breakthrough.
Qualifications / What were looking for
* Someone with energy, resilience, and a big heart.
* Experience supporting children (especially those with behavioural needs) - school or youth work background is a bonus.
* A team player whos not afraid to think outside the box.
