Role Details
* Generate and manage work orders, ensuring accurate completion and return of stock into inventory.
* Provide accurate and timely documentation to the Filling and Dispatch Departments.
* Oversee the movement, addition, and removal of stock within the inventory system as needed.
* Allocate stock to sales orders to support the Customer Services team in coordinating dispatch.
* Execute the production schedule, including raising batch sheets, printing and distributing work orders, and processing completed worksheets.
* Liaise with key departments and actively participate in cross-departmental meetings.
* Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and non-stock items within the inventory system.
* Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly operational reports.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of operations.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative when required
* ERP experience, ideally in Sage 200
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
* Good communication and teamwork skills
