This pivotal role ensures our cadetships and professional short courses meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations and ensure efficient delivery of cadetships and short courses
* Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and regulatory compliance
* Manage quality assurance systems and audit readiness
* Drive customer service excellence and feedback analysis
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects and change management
* Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
* Support curriculum planning and fee-setting strategies
Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification and evidence of continuous professional development
* Extensive knowledge of maritime education frameworks and regulatory requirements
* Proven experience in operations management, quality assurance, and team leadership
* Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
* Ability to manage complex logistics and stakeholder relationships
* Experience in financial oversight and strategic reporting
