Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to lead our motivated and committed team. We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who will bring organization and commitment to this role, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be personable with good communication skills.

The administration team is the first point of contact for staff, pupils, families, and visitors. The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential, along with a friendly and professional approach with all stakeholders. The successful applicant will have experience working in a busy office within an educational setting. Arbor experience and excellent IT skills are desirable, with attention to detail being essential.

Reporting directly to the Head of School and HR Lead, the Office Manager will ensure effective and efficient administration that supports the school’s strategic aims and daily operations. The Office Manager will also line manage all administrative staff involved in office functions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the school’s personnel information and management systems.
2. Deliver all agreed LAT HR processes and practices in collaboration with the Hub Head of HR.
