Salary: L19 to L22 (£80,655- £86,803 per annum)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Nottingham University Samworth Academy has an exciting opportunity for a visionary and compassionate Deputy Head Teacher of Inclusion.
As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, leading on behaviour, inclusion, attendance, safeguarding, and pastoral care. You will join a dynamic and values-driven leadership team committed to transforming the lives of young people.
Your main responsibilities within this role will be:
* Lead on safeguarding as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
* Strategically lead behaviour, inclusion, attendance, and pastoral systems
* Line manage SEND, Heads of Year, and the Inclusion Team
* Oversee PSHCE, student leadership programmes, and tutor systems
* Develop and implement strategies to support vulnerable students and improve attendance
* Promote a culture of high expectations, integrity, and care across the school
* Contribute to school improvement planning and leadership development
* Maintain high standards of communication with parents and external agencies
