This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located in Bagshot, Surrey. The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales and Marketing Director with the implementation of all aspects of marketing for Antler Homes developments and group marketing initiatives.
The role will include market research, Sales and Marketing strategy, digital and offline marketing collateral, website management, Rightmove listings, signage, marketing suite and show home fit out.
Responsibilities and Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:
* A minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably within property
* Excellent level of general computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
* Working knowledge of major web technologies and applications (CRM systems, WordPress)
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to effectively present information and produce reports
* Business-like and professional both in appearance and manner
* Thorough, critical and an excellent eye for detail
