Role: HTLA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Schedule: Full Time

Location: Speke (L24)
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £17 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive primary school situated in a vibrant community. This school is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to develop their confidence, curiosity, and love of learning. With a strong focus on teamwork and professional growth, the school fosters a culture where staff and pupils alike are inspired to achieve their best.
The HLTA will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons and targeted interventions across Key Stages 1 and 2.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Adapt support strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEND) and English as an additional language (EAL)
* Lead learning activities for individuals and small groups
* Support pupils across a range of abilities and needs
* Occasionally cover classes under the guidance of teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
