You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, the next you could be helping a small group develop their social skills or confidence in the classroom.
