How you'll make an impact As Accounts Assistant, you will support core accounting processes across payable, receivable, banking, intercompany and month-end close. You'll work with accuracy and pace, supporting smooth financial operations across multiple locations and partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily financial transactions across accounts payable and receivable Reconciling bank statements and company accounts Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers Supporting payroll, staff expenses and financial reporting Posting and reconciling intercompany transactions Assisting with month-end activities and reporting Supporting annual financial processes and audits Contributing to annual budget preparation Liaising with internal teams, auditors and external partners Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures Why our client is excited about you You're ambitious with a strong eye for detail and a desire to grow quickly.
