GSL Education is working with a well-regarded, community secondary school in Eastleigh that is looking for a full-time MFL Teacher to join their team ASAP (but happy to accommodate notice periods).

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Planning, preparing and delivering engaging MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Contributing to the development of the MFL department, including curriculum design, assessment, and supporting students to achieve strong outcomes.
* Fostering a positive classroom environment, supporting student progress, well-being and ambition.
* Collaborating with colleagues (departmental and across the school) on subject improvement, sharing best practice, and participating in school life beyond your lessons.

Person Specification
We are looking for someone who:
* Has QTS / equivalent certification and proven teaching experience in MFL (e.g. French, Spanish or another language).
* Is skilled in motivating students, differentiating for abilities, and confident with assessment and tracking.
* Demonstrates a student-centred approach: strong classroom management, excellent communication, and a commitment to student welfare.
* Is enthusiastic about extra-curricular contributions.
* Seeks a long-term role and will aim to be part of the school community in a lasting way.
