About The Role
As Pensions & Insurance Administrator, you will be based within the Pensions & Insurance team and report to the Head of Risk & Pensions at the Port of Grangemouth. You will play a key role in delivering a proactive, professional and confidential pensions and insurance advisory service to employees. Key responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing and effective administration of the Forth Ports DC Plan, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
* Act as the primary point of contact with third-party DB administrators, Spence & Partners, to ensure accurate and timely information flow for members of the Forth Ports Group Pension Scheme.
* Handle day-to-day insurance matters, including regular vehicle updates, audits and Employer's Liability claims as they arise.
* Support ad hoc projects, such as Group Life renewals and annual data uploads as well as contributing to process improvements within the department.

* High level of accuracy in record keeping, data entry and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues, trustees, external providers and scheme members.
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Full driving licence, valid in UK is preferred as occasional travel across the Scottish Ports may be necessary.
