As Junior Producer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality content across e-commerce, organic social, and campaign channels. You will take ownership of e-commerce and flat-lay photography for wholesale, and partner programmes, manage organic social shoots, and provide production support for larger campaigns. You will oversee post-production workflows and collaborate with external partners to ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest creative standards.
The Junior Producer will also manage
production for social media shoots
and support the Creative Content Producer on larger campaigns, helping to source props, confirm locations, and organise logistics. You will oversee post-production for wholesale, ensuring that 15+ retailers receive the images they need.
This role requires
frequent communication with external suppliers, freelancers, partners, prop stylists, photographers, and retouchers, as the Junior Producer will run their own shoots and maintain strong relationships with key contacts.
On shoot days, the ideal candidate will be confident, decisive, and a natural leader, able to give clear direction to the team. Organisation is critical, as is flexibility - shoots can last several days at a time.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge, and creativity is encouraged on every shoot.
