Your Role
Provide a leading class level of customer services to a designated client base, through interface with manufacturing, Technical Advisers and the Field Based sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process enquiries and quotations, using both written and oral communication.
* Prepare and process orders to ensure that customers receive the right goods, at the right price, at the right time.
* Provide a superior level of service to all customers when handling customer enquiries, orders and complaints, whether written or verbal.
* Liaise with manufacturing teams to progress orders on the customers behalf.
* Liaise with Technical Advisers to aid customers with their choice of product.
* Liaise and support the Global Sales Team, with regard to customers needs and wants within their region or area of responsibility.
* Encourage good customer relationships throughout the team
* Become multi-functional within the customer support team, in order to provide cover and/or assistance where necessary.
* Keep internal systems up to date with accurate information.
* Represent the business in a professional, customer focused manner.
* Build & maintain strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs and relay these to the business.
* Undertake any reasonable request from Management.
The above list is not exhaustive and will include other ad hoc duties required to assist the TM and to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Internal Sales Department.
