Join Our Team as a Supervisor Plus!
Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus role is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Reporting directly to the Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operational plans, making sure that tasks are executed efficiently and that your team is in the right place at the right time. Your leadership will help us manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards.
Your Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Be hands-on in guiding your team to achieve key tasks and objectives.

Coaching: Support and mentor your team to hit targets, such as retail upselling.
*
Audits: Take charge of CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.
*
Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the quality of guest experiences in line with our brand guidelines.
*
Feedback Management: Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve our services.
*
Communication Champion: Ensure effective communication between management and your team.
*
Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
*
People Support: Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks, from performance management to training.
Key Focus Areas
As a Supervisor Plus, you'll also support our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
1. Food Safety Champion
* Lead by example in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
* Ensure team compliance with procedures, including temperature checks and allergen management.
2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience
* Greet guests with a friendly, personalized welcome that reflects our brand.
* Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally.
3. Coaching & Developing the Team
* Provide on-shift coaching to enhance team confidence and capability.
* Support new team members in understanding service standards and guest interactions.
