Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Supervisor, based in Guildford. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensure exceptional customer service, supervise and train bar staff, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role involves coordinating with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality offerings.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide bar staff
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience in Food & Beverage management and operations
* Ability to provide Training and development for bar staff
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
* A passion for delivering high-quality service and maintaining high standards
