Our placement program provides the chance to work alongside current trainees and experienced team members. You'll benefit from on-the-job training and access to internal courses to develop your skills.
As part of our audit team, you'll conduct thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes, and controls. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and building stakeholder trust.
You will:
1. Become a key team member from day one, engaging in client work quickly, initially as part of a team before taking on individual responsibilities.
2. Take ownership of tasks, preparing you for future supervisory roles.
3. Work with diverse clients, from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups, charities, pension schemes, and not-for-profit organizations.

What we are looking for:
We value passion, personality, and originality. To be considered, your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level), with a predicted honours degree.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise information sharing.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data methodically to solve problems.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
* An interest in business and commerce, demonstrated through organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed.
