You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday day shift and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £33,000.00 per annum plus excellent company benefits! The Customer Service Supervisor role: This is a fantastic role for a great leader! Your role will be to oversee the daily work of the Customer Service Team, ensuring that all customer-related enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively and within prescribed service agreements. Proven experience in a customer-facing facing role Experience of leading a team &/or be working towards a Level 3 Management or equivalent qualification What skills are we looking for in our Customer Service Supervisor?
