We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team at Mile Lane Health Centre. Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
* Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Answer phone calls promptly and respond to inquiries regarding services.
* Process patient registrations and collect necessary documentation.
* Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow.
Experience
* Previous general practice experience is preferable or within a healthcare setting.
* Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing skills in managing schedules, records, and communications.
* Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications relevant to medical reception duties.
