Base Pay Range
* £23,205.00 to £24,624.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
* Part‑time roles operate on a rota pattern of one day on and two days off, averaging 10 monthly shifts.
* Full-time equivalent commitment of 35 hours per week.
* 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time contracts).

Role Overview
You will be employed part‑time as a dedicated team member, averaging 35 hours per week, and will provide support tailored to the young person's needs, either one‑to‑one or two‑to‑one. Your responsibilities include:
* Driving children to and from school, appointments and visits (a full UK manual driving licence is required).
* Preparing meals and managing household chores.
* Planning and carrying out fun‑filled activities, outings and holidays.
* Supporting children’s therapy and educational needs as directed by our compassionate, therapeutic care model.
* Collaborating with the Learning and Development team, Psychology, Education, and Senior Management for ongoing support.
* Covering additional homes within the same geographical area as required.

* Valid, full UK manual driver’s licence (all homes possess manual vehicles).
Desirable Qualities
* Up to 12 months experience working with children or young adults (more experience may qualify for grade two or three salary levels).
* Desire to obtain SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Residential workforce (funding may be available).
* Familiar with Codes of Practice set by regulatory bodies.
* Existing or quickly obtainable PVG/DBS certificate.
