Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for all managers and employees on ER matters, offering clear, practical advice.
* Support onboarding and off-boarding for all warehouse members.
* Be involved in recruitment: posting vacancies through the ATS, liaising with agencies, and supporting hiring managers.
* Handle payroll-related tasks to ensure payroll reporting is accurate and processed on time.
Qualifications
* Experience with HR within a retail environment; warehouse experience is beneficial.
* Experience with ER policies and working closely with managers on providing advice.
* Excellent communicator and confident in making commercial decisions.
Benefits
* Salary up to £35,000 based on experience.

* Two to three days based in the warehouse in Bedfordshire; the rest of the week in the central London office.
