The Opportunity
This is a senior-level appointment offering the chance to handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration. The role provides a high level of autonomy while ensuring you are supported by a close-knit and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied private client caseload, with a focus on Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and Estates.
* Providing expert advice to clients with professionalism and sensitivity.
* Working independently with minimal supervision, while contributing to the wider success of the team.
* Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate.
About You
* A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
* Strong technical expertise across Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and Estates.
* Excellent client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
