Overview
The core purpose of the Senior Website Performance Manager is to champion a fast, scalable, digital ecosystem that drives online revenue and customer engagement across Kaplan's websites by offering a superior user experience. Leading the team as a centre of excellence for website performance and optimisation, this role sets and implements best practices and ensures that all online activities are prioritised and aligned with business goals. The role serves as the key liaison with the IT team, aligning the Digital, UX, and IT teams to improve collaboration and the speed of delivery for digital enhancements and products.

* Champion commercially focused thinking, balancing stakeholder priorities with achievable roadmaps.
Qualifications & Experience
* Commercial acumen with a track record of driving online revenue, conversion, and overall commercial performance.
* Data-driven optimiser with deep experience in CRO, experimentation, and performance optimisation; ability to translate insights into action.
* Strategy and execution skills with experience defining digital product strategies and creating actionable roadmaps.
* Leadership and collaboration experience across cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, UX, IT, Delivery).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
* Foundational understanding of digital product management principles.
