We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator to join a growing commercial team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Prepare and manage quotations, following up on sales opportunities where required
* Process customer orders accurately using the company ERP system
* Maintain customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation
* Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
* Assist with sales reporting and general team support
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or a similar roles
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM system
Desirables
* Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technical, or distribution environments
* Knowledge of quotations and sales order processing
