Overview
Residential Management Group's Summer Internship programme aims to support local schools and colleges and universities in preparing young people for work by providing a summer placement that contributes to early talent and apprenticeship programmes and assists the business with defined projects over the summer months.
Role Purpose
This is an 8–12 week placement. The Summer Intern will support various teams across the company with business support tasks and projects and help teams achieve goals within defined projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry and management tasks.
* Support teams with projects and administrative tasks.
* Help prepare reports and presentations.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
* Provide general office support, including filing and organising documents.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes.
* Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
* Basic IT skills, including MS Office Suite.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to complete tasks independently.
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
Preferred:
* Previous work experience.
* Good organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage own time effectively.
