We’re looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants (LSAs) to join our partner schools across Leeds, supporting students with additional learning needs such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or social and emotional challenges.

* Provide 1:1 or small group support in the classroom
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Help build confidence, independence, and life skills
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment

* Passionate about supporting children and young people
* Patient, empathetic, and proactive
* Confident communicator and team player
* Experience with children is a bonus — full training provided
