Salary: GBP25,000 : GBP30,000 (dependant on experience)

It is an approximate 20:minute flat walk from the station or a mere 4:minute drive, making it highly accessible for those across Crawley and the surrounding areas. The setting is overseen by a hands:on owner who is deeply committed to fostering a stable, supportive environment. Day:to:Day Responsibilities

Delivering high:quality care and stimulating learning experiences in line with EYFS standards.

Acting as a Key Person, observing and tracking the developmental milestones of your group.

Using a patient and proactive approach to behaviour management and supporting children with additional needs.

Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels empowered to learn through play.
*
Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers through daily updates and feedback.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE or NVQ).

Characteristics: We are seeking gold standard practitioners : those who are resilient, creative, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development.

Experience: Previous experience within a nursery setting is essential, as is a solid understanding of safeguarding and classroom management.

Commute: Ideally suited for candidates based in Crawley or those with an easy commute to the Three Bridges area.
