Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration on the Warmer Homes portal, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication between the team and ensuring all KPI's are met.
Duties
* Monitor contract performance, including compliance with terms and conditions, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from both internal team members and external partners.
* Uploading photos and documents for completed jobs
* Organising and printing off install packs
* Ensuring portal is up to date and all KPI's are met
* Assist in resolving disputes related to contracts in a timely manner.
Experience
* Proven experience in contract administration or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Being DEA qualified and being qualified to undertake EPC's is preferred but not essential.
* Experience and knowledge in PAS2030 & MCS is preferred but not essential.
