We have a well-established manufacturer who are looking to bring on assembly technicians to join their growing production team!
The starting salary for this role is circa £12ph+ however this is dependant on experience as less experienced candidates will start on lower rates. There will be pay reviews held with progression available!
Experience working within assembly would be desirable however training will be provided so any experience working within manufacturing will be considered.
Assembly Technician duties include: -
* Assembly of mechanical & electrical components
* Strip down, repair, service & overhaul of products
* Reading & working from engineering drawings independently
* Carrying out regular inspection work to check for any defects
* Testing of products
* Keep a clean & tidy workstation
Standard working hours for this role are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
You must be proficient with various hand & power tools & have previous experience in a similar workshop capacity if you wish to be considered.
