Our client, a leading legal and professional services group, is looking for a Legal Technologist to join their dynamic and growing innovation team to help drive the innovation strategy and improve the way legal services are delivered. What you'll do: Work with legal teams and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for smarter, tech-enabled ways of working Translate business needs into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency - document automation is a huge growth focus area Build and roll out tools that streamline workflows and enhance collaboration Champion the adoption of AI-driven platforms and digital assistants across the organisation Create and refine guidance to help users get the most from new technologies Provide training and support to ensure smooth implementation and user confidence Research emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on legal operations Gather feedback and monitor performance to keep solutions effective and relevant What we're looking for: Strong experience with technology used in legal or professional services, such as automation tools and collaboration platforms Familiarity with platforms like HighQ, SharePoint or similar would be advantageous Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team Interest in AI tools and digital innovation is a plus If you're ready to make a difference and help shape the future of legal technology, we'd love to hear from you.
