We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help shape the future of one of the UK’s most loved brands – Cathedral City. This is a high‑impact, full‑mix marketing role based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week, with a requirement to work onsite at the Weybridge office a minimum of four days per week.
Responsibilities
- Owning and bringing to life bold, insight‑led brand plans that don’t just meet KPIs, they raise the bar for what great looks like.
- Leading integrated campaigns that connect with consumers wherever they are, from big brand moments to agile, culturally relevant content.
- Turning data, trends, and consumer behaviour into ideas that unlock growth and keep Cathedral City firmly at the top of the category.
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of the brand, building innovation pipelines and long‑term strategies that drive sustainable success.
- Building strong partnerships (internally and externally) to make things happen, whether that’s with agencies, customers, or cross‑functional teams.
- Taking initiative to regularly optimise the product range, ensuring everything from packaging to pricing works harder for the brand.
- Bringing others along the journey, influencing senior stakeholders, energising teams, and helping develop future talent.
Qualifications
- Have already made your mark in FMCG at Brand Manager level (or above), and you’re ready to own something iconic.
- Balance creativity with commercial thinking; you love big ideas, but you know how to make them deliver.
- Are naturally curious, always asking “what’s next?” and spotting opportunities others might miss.
- Thrive on collaboration and know how to bring different teams together to get the best results.
- Are resilient, proactive, and comfortable working at pace, because great brands don’t stand still.
- Care about what you do and take pride in building something that people genuinely connect with.
