Job Title: Senior Project Control Manager
Support one of the nation's most complex engineering projects, supporting British Fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and own the project performance measurement baseline.
* Provide accurate, timely management reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
* Collect evidence to validate progress towards project success criteria.
* Integrate project control tools across contract partners and subcontractors.
* Establish and maintain a robust Earned Value Management (EVM) system, generating reports for contract compliance and decision-making.
* Implement risk management processes, including schedule risk analysis and regular reporting.
* Apply project controls methodologies, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and change control.
* Enforce project controls governance.
* Proficiency with project control tools (e.g., MSP, P6, Risk Hive, ERP/SAP).
* Work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including external suppliers and customers.
Qualifications:
* APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
* Certification as a Project Planning & Control Practitioner.
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week, hybrid working with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Longer onsite periods may be required based on project needs.
