Document Controller (Oil & Gas) – Based London – 6 month contract Our client, a global oil & gas service provider, is looking to hire a Document Controller on an initial 6 month, Outside IR35, contact basis to work on major oil & gas construction project. Purpose of the position: As a Project Document Controller, you will execute document management in accordance with methods and procedure and using company tools. Responsibilities: Organize and update Document Registers (both company and Vendors) and Master Data List activities Check quality of document list status, workflows, internal distribution, transmittals, etc. Check formal quality of the documents before uploading into EDMS Ensure tempestive submission and receipt of documents and proper archiving Upload documentation and transmittal to EDMS Assist in vendor documentation management Assist in system management of Client / Vendor comments and related responses Experience: Several years of experience in the offshore industry, managing complex construction projects.
