Female Support Worker - Gowerton, Swansea
Hourly rate £11.60 to £12.50
Full time - 40.25 hours per week
A full UK driving license is desirable for this role.

A day in the life at Ty Seren includes:
1. Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met in a supportive environment;
2. Supporting recreational activities, outings, and community integration;
3. Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements;
4. Tailoring support to individual needs;
5. Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
6. General housekeeping, including meal preparation.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have a compassionate and caring nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact;
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Are resilient and patient, adaptable to individual needs;
* Are willing to learn and follow team guidance;
* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication;
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights;
* Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance.
