As well as entering full-time employment, you will be given the chance to earn as you learn.\nYou will undertake an award winning Business Administration Apprenticeship programme which leads to the attainment of a nationally recognised SVQ in Business Admin. The Main Tasks (training will be given):\nâ¢\tFirst point of contact to the office whether by phone or in person\nâ¢\tEnsuring all calls to the business are managed professionally and directed to the right person/department\nâ¢\tRaising purchase orders and invoices on the companies inhouse system\nâ¢\tUsing mail merge to prepare letters/documents etc to be sent to customer\nâ¢\tAccurately updating information on Excel Spreadsheets\nâ¢\tFiling, both hard copies and on PC\nâ¢\tAny other ad hoc duties as required We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a hardworking and enthusiastic approach to their work.\n· You will have excellent communication skills\n· Be able to deal with difficult situations\n· Capable of prioritising work loads\n· Ability to work as part of a team\n· Be able to follow instruction\n· Eager to learn\n· Knowledge of Excel and MOS\n· Able to work under pressure
