BCL Legal is working with a well-respected and long-established regional firm in Nottingham that is looking to strengthen its successful Real Estate team with the addition of a solicitor at NQ to 3 years' PQE. The Role:
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
· Acquisitions and disposals
· Landlord and tenant work
· Development projects
· Portfolio management for key clients
· Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions
You'll be joining a team with a great mix of experience and approachable partners who are genuinely invested in mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
The Ideal Candidate:
· NQ-3 PQE solicitor with experience in commercial property (training seats will be considered)
· Strong technical ability with a keen eye for detail
· Commercially minded and proactive in approach
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Keen to build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to business development
