Your new role
Hays are partnering with a people-focused tech business in Leeds who are looking to appoint a new HR and Operations Coordinator to their business. This is a rewarding opportunity to assist the Facilities and People & Culture teams. This full-time role is key to keeping operations running smoothly, particularly during busy periods.
Responsibilities will include;
1. Supporting internal and external events,
2. Supporting the People team with HR administration duties like providing interview feedback and issuing onboarding documents.
3. Organising catering for events and keeping within budget
4. Covering Reception during busy times
5. Work with the facilities department to schedule engineers for the site.
6. Booking hotel and travel amodation for Directors and new starters
7. Scheduling training courses
This position is office-based, with working hours scheduled between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday. To meet operational needs, candidates must be able to attend the workplace every weekday.
