With funding in motion and ambitious ARR targets ahead, the next chapter is about breaking into and expanding within enterprise accounts. Marketing moves from background to business critical, and they are making their first, and only, marketing hire.
This is a true zero to one Head of Marketing role.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will build the entire marketing function from scratch. There is no team to inherit, no agency to lean on, and no predefined playbook. You will define how the company shows up to market, shape the narrative for senior decision makers, and create the engine that turns credibility into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
From thought leadership and content to high impact events and targeted demand programs, everything you build will be designed to open doors into complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success, turning insight into action and ensuring marketing is directly accountable for new ARR.
This role is suited to a commercially minded B2B SaaS marketer who thrives in ambiguity and wants ownership. You will have experience selling into complex organisations, a strong instinct for positioning and storytelling, and the ability to execute as well as strategise. You are likely already using AI to move faster, test smarter, and scale what works.
