Salary: £33,594 - £50,589
Hours: 35 per week
The successful candidate will work within our Home Economics faculty. They should be forward-thinking and innovative in delivering appropriate courses to all ability levels and stages. The school is committed to raising attainment and promoting achievement, which is a key priority in our improvement plan, aligned with local CEC and national priorities.
We moved into the new Castlebrae Community Campus in April 2022. Our new building has transformed learning and teaching experiences, providing innovative and inspiring spaces for our expanding community.

This position involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. If the candidate has spent three or more months outside the UK in the last five years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
Salaries will follow the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.
